Kenta's a big guy and stealth is just not in his toolkit but one thing he can do is move when he has to. He stands from his crouch and reaches out--yes, he can reach it from here. One hand holds his gun, the other grips the porch railing, and he toes his shoes off so he can get closer to it without the hard soles of his office shoes giving him away. Once he's there, it's one big jump to get down and onto the grass without much sound to give him away, then he's sprinting for the back door. The socks will probably be a total loss but he'll find way better cover if he can come in from the kitchen!]
